WHAT WE COLLECT

What you send us. When you request an estimate or inspection, use the instant roof estimate, or apply for a job, we receive what you type: name, email, phone number, property address, the service you want, your message, and — for applicants — your city, start date, experience, and an optional resume. The instant roof estimate also records the address you entered, the roof measurements it produced, the material and options you picked, and the price range you were shown, so we can call you about that number.

Consent choices. If you check an SMS consent box we record that consent with the submission. SMS boxes are optional and never pre-checked; see our SMS Terms.

How you found us. Each form submission also records the page you landed on, the page you submitted from, the referring site if any, advertising click identifiers if you arrived from an ad (utm parameters, Google gclid/gbraid/wbraid, Meta fbclid and the related _fbp/_fbc cookies), a random submission ID generated in your browser, and the time of submission. We use this to know which advertising brought you in.

HOW WE USE IT

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule inspections, prepare estimates, communicate about your project, consider your application, and improve this website. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not give it to third parties for their own marketing.

Form submissions are received by Netlify, the service that hosts this website and processes its forms. Customer requests (the contact, estimate, and instant-estimate forms) are forwarded to our email and into JobNimbus, the customer management system we run jobs from. Job applications are forwarded to our hiring email only and are kept out of customer records. Our text-messaging provider sends SMS on our behalf to people who opted in.

ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING MEASUREMENT

This website uses Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, and the Meta Pixel. They set cookies (for example _ga, _gcl_au, and _fbp) and record pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, whether a visit came from an ad, and events such as a form being submitted or a phone number being tapped. When a form is accepted we send these tools only the form's name and type, the page path, a general service or position category, and the random submission ID — never your name, email, phone number, address, roof measurements, messages, or resume. Meta's automatic event detection and advanced matching are turned off.

You can limit this measurement with your browser's cookie settings, the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, Google's ad settings, and Meta's ad preferences. Blocking these tools does not affect our forms or your ability to contact us.

Maps and roof measurement. The instant roof estimate sends the address you type to Google Maps Platform to find the building and measure the roof from aerial imagery; Google's privacy policy applies to that lookup. Reviews shown on this site are published on Google by their authors and are displayed as they appear there.

TEXT MESSAGES

SMS communications are governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

YOUR CHOICES AND CALIFORNIA RIGHTS

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing admin@stoneranch.com or calling (714) 790-9925. We do not sell personal information. The advertising measurement described above may count as “sharing” under California law; the opt-outs above let you stop it. We keep customer records for as long as we service your roof and as our contracts, warranties, and tax rules require, and job applications for a reasonable period after the position is filled.
