Skills that pay for a lifetime

Roof inspection, the insurance claim process, production, sales — you learn a trade and a business, not a script.

A real team

A Costa Mesa office, team leads, a CRM, and standards. Structured enough to grow in, small enough that ownership knows your name.

Hands-on work

Out in neighborhoods, on roofs, and in front of homeowners — work you can point to at the end of the day.

A legitimate company

Licensed California contractor (CSLB #1149997), GAF Certified™, insured, with a real office at 711 W 17th St, Unit G-2.

INSURANCE RESTORATION ROOFING, DONE RIGHT

After wind and storm events, roofs across Southern California have damage the homeowner can't see from the ground. We find it, document it, walk the insurance adjuster through it, and replace the roof to GAF manufacturer specifications. That's the business — and it needs canvassers who set the appointment, sales reps who close it, coordinators and managers who run it, and foremen who build it.
