Most of what we sell is storm and wind damage restoration that the homeowner's insurance covers. You are helping people get a roof they are owed, not talking them into a purchase.
Appointments set for you
Our canvassing team sets inspection appointments in the neighborhoods we work; you run them, inspect, present, and close. Self-generated leads pay too.
Commission, paid weekly
Commission on every job you close that completes, paid weekly. $70,000 is the low end of the range for a full-time rep; $150,000+ is the top.
Three counties of roofs
Orange County, Los Angeles County, and San Diego County — tile, shingle, and flat roofs on tens of thousands of homes built in the 1970s–2000s that are reaching end of life.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run inspection appointments set by our canvassing team, plus your own self-generated leads
- Get on the roof, photograph and document storm, wind, and wear damage
- Present findings to the homeowner and explain the insurance claim process in plain English
- Meet the insurance adjuster on site and walk the roof with them
- Close the job, keep the homeowner informed through completion, and ask for the review
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (you'll drive to appointments across the county)
- Comfortable on a ladder and a roof — we train the inspection, you bring the nerve
- Sales, door-to-door, or customer-facing experience is a plus; coachability is a must
- Smartphone, professional appearance, and the discipline to work a schedule you set yourself
- Must be able to work as a 1099 independent contractor

We're a GAF Certified™ Contractor and we specialize in storm-damage insurance restoration — inspecting roofs, documenting damage, meeting adjusters, and replacing roofs to manufacturer specifications across Orange County, Los Angeles County, and San Diego County.

No. We teach the inspection and the insurance process. What we can't teach is work ethic and the willingness to knock on a door or climb a ladder — bring those.
How does the pay actually work?
You are paid a commission on every job you close that completes, paid weekly, as a 1099 independent contractor. The $70,000–$150,000+ range is what a full-time rep working our system can expect — the low end for someone doing the basics, the high end for the top of the board. There is no salary; your income is your commission.
