WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and manage the production schedule for crews across Orange County, LA and San Diego County
- Pull re-roof permits with city building departments and schedule inspections
- Order materials and coordinate deliveries so jobs start on time
- Keep job files, photos, and status current in the CRM; send homeowners start and completion updates
- Support project managers and sales with the paperwork that keeps insurance jobs moving
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in construction operations, scheduling, dispatch, or a similar coordination role; roofing a plus
- Highly organized; comfortable running a calendar for multiple crews and dozens of active jobs
- Clear on the phone and in writing with homeowners, cities, and suppliers
- CRM and spreadsheet fluency
- Eligible to work in the United States (W-2 employee)

A roofing and exterior restoration contractor based in Costa Mesa, working under California contractor license CSLB #1149997 with general liability coverage on every project. We're a GAF Certified™ Contractor and we specialize in storm-damage insurance restoration — inspecting roofs, documenting damage, meeting adjusters, and replacing roofs to manufacturer specifications across Orange County, Los Angeles County, and San Diego County.
