WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead tear-off, dry-in, and installation crews on residential shingle, concrete and clay tile, and flat roofs
- Own jobsite safety — fall protection, ladder setup, and a clean site every day
- Stage materials, coordinate deliveries, and keep the job on schedule
- Meet city inspectors, pass inspections, and document the job with photos
- Walk the finished roof with the homeowner and hand off a clean property
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of residential roofing experience, including tile and shingle; flat-roof experience a plus
- Experience leading a crew and reading a scope of work
- Valid driver's license; OSHA 10 and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus
- Able to lift, climb, and work on roofs daily
- Eligible to work in the United States (W-2 employee)

We're a GAF Certified™ Contractor and we specialize in storm-damage insurance restoration — inspecting roofs, documenting damage, meeting adjusters, and replacing roofs to manufacturer specifications across Orange County, Los Angeles County, and San Diego County.
