SMS MESSAGING TERMS & CONDITIONS

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Stone Ranch Roofing provides roofing installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial customers in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and San Diego County, CA. SMS messaging is used to send appointment scheduling confirmations, job status updates, estimate notifications, and customer support communications. Job applicants who opt in separately receive messages about their application and future openings.

HOW YOU OPT IN

Customers opt in to SMS by checking a separate, unchecked consent checkbox on one of our website forms: the contact form, the estimate request form on our service and city pages, or the instant roof estimate. Job applicants opt in through a separate, unchecked checkbox on the application form; without it, we contact applicants by phone or email only. No box is ever pre-checked, and SMS consent is not required to receive a quote, services, or consideration for a job. Customers may also opt in verbally during phone calls to (714) 790-9925 or in-person consultations, at which point their consent is documented. Each consent is recorded with the form submission (date, time, and the form it came from).

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Stone Ranch Roofing and the status of your project. You may receive messages during and after the estimate, scheduling, and project completion process. We will not send more messages than necessary to support your roofing project or inquiry.

MESSAGE & DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Stone Ranch Roofing is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving text messages. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your specific text messaging plan.

OPT-OUT / UNSUBSCRIBE

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from Stone Ranch Roofing unless you re-consent in the future.

Your phone number and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. Form submissions, including your phone number and your consent choice, are received by our website host (Netlify) and stored in our customer management system (JobNimbus) and email so we can respond to your inquiry, estimate, project, or application; our text-messaging provider sends the messages on our behalf.
