PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Stone Ranch Construction provides roofing installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial customers in Orange County, CA. SMS messaging is used to send appointment scheduling confirmations, job status updates, estimate notifications, and customer support communications.

HOW YOU OPT IN

Customers voluntarily opt in to SMS by checking a separate, unchecked consent checkbox on our website contact form at stoneranch.com. SMS consent is not required to receive a quote or any services. Customers may also opt in verbally during phone calls to (714) 790-9925 or in-person consultations, at which point their consent is documented.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Stone Ranch Construction and the status of your project. You may receive messages during and after the estimate, scheduling, and project completion process. We will not send more messages than necessary to support your roofing project or inquiry.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Stone Ranch Construction is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving text messages. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your specific text messaging plan.

OPT-OUT / UNSUBSCRIBE

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from Stone Ranch Construction unless you re-consent in the future.
