WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Take each sold job from contract to completion: permits, material orders, crew scheduling, inspections
- Coordinate the insurance scope with the sales rep and adjuster; track supplements and final paperwork
- Keep the homeowner informed — start date, daily progress, punch list, final walkthrough
- Manage job files, photos, and costs in the CRM; keep jobs on budget and on schedule
- Solve the problems that come up on every roof: weather, hidden dry rot, inspection notes
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years managing residential roofing or construction projects; insurance restoration experience preferred
- Comfortable with permits, scopes of work, and material takeoffs
- Organized, CRM-fluent, and calm on the phone with homeowners and adjusters
- Valid driver's license; site visits across Orange County, LA and San Diego County
- Eligible to work in the United States (W-2 employee)

We're a GAF Certified™ Contractor and we specialize in storm-damage insurance restoration — inspecting roofs, documenting damage, meeting adjusters, and replacing roofs to manufacturer specifications across Orange County, Los Angeles County, and San Diego County.
